The health and safety of our employees, clients and friends is of utmost importance to us at GCG. As such, we wanted to let you know about the implementation of our business continuity plan in light of the continued guidance from authorities related to the coronavirus (COVID-19). We want to assure you that our actions, primarily designed to aid in “social distancing,” will allow us to provide you with uninterrupted service, in the same secure and confidential manner, regardless of where we might be working.
- Effective Thursday, March 19, we have instituted a plan for all our employees to work remotely as our physical office locations will be closed.
- All business travel has been temporarily halted.
- We have asked our employees to replace face to face meetings with conference calls and video calls using our conference and video technology.
Although these necessary precautions have been implemented, we continue to remain fully functional to handle your service needs.
We are doing our best to implement appropriate protocols based on the information provided by state and local authorities. However, as the information is very fluid and evolving, we ask for your understanding if there are slight delays or inconveniences as we continue to implement our plans.
We want to assure you that we are ready to serve you as we always have. We will continue to evaluate how we can best serve you and our community while maintaining adherence to any other requirements that may be established hereafter by local, state or federal authorities.
