Lee National Denim Day is a fundraiser created by Lee Jeans® set aside at the beginning of October during National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Participants in this campaign donate a minimum of $5 to the cause in exchange for wearing jeans to work. Proceeds from the fundraiser go towards the support of the various breast cancer programs and services offered by the American Cancer Society. Since the inception of the campaign in 1996, Lee National Denim Day participants have raised more than $93 million towards the fight against breast cancer.
Many GCG staff members participated in Lee National Denim Day, contributing a total of $1,310 toward the cause.
