Bradley Shaps is a Vice President at GCG Financial, LLC. Brad has been with GCG since 2004 and specializes in assisting mid-size companies design, implement, administer and communicate their qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and executive benefits. In addition, he provides estate planning, exit strategies and wealth management services to individuals. Prior to joining GCG Financial, Brad served as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a Principal at Buck Consultants providing benefit and retirement consulting services and technical expertise to both large and small employers. Brad is a member of the District of Columbia Bar, has spoken on a variety of employee benefit issues, and has authored several articles. Brad is a member of GCG’s “Black Tie Club”, has qualified for the Court of the Million Dollar Round Table, an organization comprised of the top financial professionals worldwide, and is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Community and family are very important to Brad. He currently serves on the Executive Board of Congregation Beth Shalom. He has served as a member of the Board of Northbrook Citizens for Drug and Alcohol Awareness and has been actively involved with the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago for many years. Brad lives in Northbrook, Illinois with his wife Gail and their children Erica and Jaclyn. Brad enjoys golf, theatre, duplicate bridge, fantasy baseball, and spending time with his family.
