Carla serves as Vice President of Operations for the employee benefits practice. In this role, Carla focuses on delivering an exceptional experience to GCG’s clients by supporting the operational infrastructure that clients rely on for customized and innovative solutions to all their benefits needs. This infrastructure includes account management and sales support, financial analysis, benefit technology, and a full array of client services. With the strength of client relationships as a foundational principle of GCG’s business, and an environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork, the benefits team is committed to continuous pursuit of effective and efficient client-focused service. With more than 15 years of benefits administration experience, Carla has helped organizations think beyond the conventional delivery of service support, transforming corporate operations into a strategic business driver. With a background in human resource, labor, benefit administration and carrier environments, Carla’s technical experiences lend to a breadth of perspectives when it comes to understanding the interests and intricate operations of each stakeholder. Carla lives in the Chicagoland area with her family. She is heavily involved in the Brazilian community, and enjoys traveling and adventures with her family and friends in her free time.
