Lead Account Executive

Carol has 15 years of employee benefits broker/consulting experience. Her knowledge includes a strong emphasis on fully insured and self-funded medical and ancillary plans for mid-to-large sized companies. Carol has been a consulting lead for many employers and is very adept at learning the ever-changing needs of her clients. Additionally, Carol has more than 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Before her transition to benefits consulting, she served as director of human resources for a mid-sized international company. She also previously worked as senior manager of employee development, leveraging her abilities to train and work with all levels of employees.
