Joel concentrates his work in three vital areas: estate planning, business continuation strategies, and employee benefits. He prides himself on being an accomplished communicator who is able to reduce complex problems into simple and understandable solutions. His clients, primarily professionals, business owners and executives, also benefit from Joel's expertise in personal risk management and retirement strategies. Joel’s success in helping people in these areas has resulted in his membership in the Million Dollar Roundtable's Top of the Table. The Million Dollar Roundtable is an organization comprising the world's life insurance and financial service professionals. Joel has lectured on the uses of insurance in estate planning before the Chicago Bar Association. He has also been a featured speaker at various agency and industry meetings and conducts seminars for business and professional groups on an ongoing basis. Joel began his professional career with General Electric and subsequently held financial and marketing positions both with General Electric and General Electric Capital. Joel is currently President of The Chicago Chapter of the American Society for Technion and serves on the Board of Directors for both the Jewish National Fund and the American Friends of the Israel War Disabled Foundation. He is also Secretary of the Lake County Estate Planning Council. Joel is married with two children and lives in Northbrook, Illinois.
