Since Kyle joined GCG in 2013, he has worked with a variety of clients, ranging from manufacturing corporations to law firms. He believes that all industries can offer thorough yet affordable employee benefits packages when working with a broker whose goal is to meet the needs of their clients.
After working in the landscaping industry for a brief period, he turned towards business development. For the past eight years, Kyle worked in business development for two separate Fortune 500 Companies. In 2002, he started with IKON Office Solutions as a sales associate and was quickly promoted to senior account executive. There, Kyle helped small to mid-sized employers restructure their practices to reduce overall office costs. In 2005, Kyle became a representative with Assurant Employee Benefits, and was promoted to a senior representative in 2007. Kyle worked with small- to mid-sized employers, helping them design and implement cost-effective benefit packages. He specialized in non-medical products ranging from dental and disability to voluntary services.
