Linda returned to GCG as a Vice President in our Employee Benefits Practice in 2014. She brings more than 22 years of employee benefits expertise to her clients. She has worked extensively with partially self-funded, fully insured and limited medical programs to bring innovative benefit-centered solutions to her clients and their employees. Her pragmatic no-nonsense approach to employee benefits has not only controlled her clients’ healthcare costs, but also reduced the employee benefits administration headaches. Linda’s main concentration of business is designing employee benefits programs for the middle market, typically companies with 100-5,000 employees. She offers her clients strategic planning, vendor management and procurement, financial and actuarial analysis, benchmarking, employer/employee communication and plan support. As a result of joining GCG, she can not only offer the full array of employee benefit services, but can now also offer healthcare reform updates and analysis, international benefits, legislative and compliance services, including annual notices, 5500 preparation, wrap documents and SAR notices. Linda lives in Glenview, Illinois with her two daughters. She teaches Sunday school, volunteers in a juvenile detention center, and participates in several programs to serve the under-resourced globally. These activities fuel her passion for children and helping the poor. Education: B.S., Marketing, Indiana University. Credentials: Licensed in Health, Life, Property and Casualty insurances, Series 6 registration, and has completed eight of the CEBS courses.
