Michael’s approach is as unique as his customers are. His process of designing a “blueprint”, for each of his customers, begins with a discovery process that helps him to understand the organizational goals of his customers. By combining this information with his knowledge of market resources, he develops a multi-year strategic plan, or “blueprint”, which is measured by Key Performance Indicators and ensures that success is achieved.
In addition to his market knowledge from over 20 years in the insurance industry, Michael is a regular speaker on a wide range of industry related topics, including cost containment strategies, health care finance and the Affordable Care Act and insurance funding mediums. His client-centric service model is supported by best in class actuarial, communications, legal and technology deliverables.
Michael is the President of the Chicagoland chapter of the University of Illinois Alumni Association, is an active Board member of The Compassion Foundation and enjoys an active lifestyle. He lives in Sugar Grove with his wife and four children, is an avid Chicago Bears fan and follows his children wherever their next sporting event takes him.
