Pauline Sobelman

Senior Vice President, Benefits Consulting

With over 25 years of experience in the Employee Benefits and Risk Industries, Pauline has advised innumerable employer clients to understand and manage their entire risk landscape.  As Senior Vice President of Benefits Consulting, she oversees the management and support of clients, the creation and maintenance of strong carrier and vendor partner relations, and the development and implementation of strategic plans. Pauline creates strategies to support both the employer goals of fiscal responsibility and the employee needs for health and financial well-being, goals and needs that inure to the benefit of both.

Prior to GCG, Pauline held various Employee Benefits leadership positions for companies such as Lockton Companies, USI Insurance Services, and most recently, Risk Strategies Company.

As a life-long resident of New York, Pauline graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York University, as well as received an additional degree in Executive Education and Organizational Leadership from Columbia Business School.  Furthermore, she is a member of the Board of Directors for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, & Transgender Community Center (the “Center”) in New York, as well as the Day Care Council of NY.
