Wendy oversees the Key Accounts department. She is responsible for the alignment and consistency in deliverables and client experience across the key accounts market segment, as well as serving as the overall resource advocacy and allocation for Key Accounts. This includes integration of new accounts and new business. Wendy also oversees current and new processes and revenue reporting and planning. She works very closely with producers and the client service team to continue to build upon our model of collaboration and client experience from sales to service.
In Wendy’s previous role at GCG, she served as Lead Account Executive where she provided both oversight and service to existing and prospective clients, as well as leadership to a team of Account Executives and Account Managers. Through her mentorship and collaboration, she fostered a team approach while ensuring the individual growth of each team member. She also managed a book of business providing multiple layers of support in strategic account management while maintaining, expanding and servicing the needs of the clients.
